The End of Another Week

Hey Everyone

We just finished up another great week of school in Cape Dorset. In a little over 6 weeks it will be Easter and time for another visit to see my family back in New Brunswick. Not a whole lot has been happening here. They had some major destruction up at the elementary school a couple of weeks ago where a couple of young adults basically trashed the school. What a mess. I also managed to get a picture of the top jaw of a polar that one of the wildlife officer brought to the school. Note the major set of teeth!!The weather has been so so here. No big storms but just blowy and cold enough to keep you from getting outside consistently. Speaking of outdoors, what a difference in the daylight. It just seems like yesterday that we were bathed in darkness between 3:00 pm and 10:00 am the next day. Now I am walking to school in the daylight and coming home in the daylight. It's really nice. Next week should be a pretty decent week again as we have an AIDS/HIV Fair at the school on Tuesday afternoon and then a sessional day on Friday. With no sunshine today the community looked really barren with a light snow falling and something like ice fog floating on the tops of the mountains.
Well folks thats about it for now.
Cheers till later
